General pricing information
Summer:
Winter:
- The prices are per person and day including breakfast or 4-course evening menu
- The local tax of € 2,00 per person and day is to be paid by the guest on site.
- Double room for single use: only possible on request!
- Cancellation conditions in summer:
Up to 10 days before arrival = free of charge
10 to 3 days before arrival = 70% cancellation fee for the booked stay
From 3 days before arrival or early departure = 90% cancellation fee for the booked stay - To guarantee each reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the reservation price.
- Garage: € 15,00 per day in summer / € 25,00 per day in winter
- In summer dogs are invited (1 dog per room). Each additional dog € 35,00 per day.
Winter:
- Prices are per person and day including gourmet half board.
- The local tax of € 2,45 per person and day is to be paid by the guest on site.
- Double room for single use: only possible on request!
- Cancellation of half board on site: € 15,00 per person
- Dogs: € 35,00 per day/dog including dog service (dog bed + dog towel + food bowl)
- Garage: € 25,00 per day in winter / € 15,00 per day in summer
- New Year's Eve surcharge: € 100,00 per adult, € 50,00 per child (7 - 14,99 years), children from 0 - 6 years do not pay New Year's Eve surcharge.
- Cancellation conditions in winter:

6 weeks to 2 weeks before arrival = 70% cancellation fee for the booked stay

Cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung AG
More than just cancellation insurance (without deductible) for your vacation in Austria. This insurance package also includes travel interruption, additional costs in case of delayed arrival or an involuntary vacation extension as well as search and rescue costs. The insurance coverage is valid for a stay up to 31 days.
